 Oscar Recap In last month’s newsletter we predicted our pick for Best Picture at the Oscars. Our prediction was wrong but we would like to congratulate all of the nominees and winners. As always, hair is our passion here at Jovie and we look forward to the fashion and hair trends. It’s always interesting to see what will roll out on the red carpet on one of Hollywood’s biggest nights. We believe this year Hollywood kept it more modest than previous years. Many of the dresses were jeweled-toned and very classy. Some our best dressed favorites were Jennifer Lawrence and Anne Hathaway. As for the hair, there were a lot of updos with soft curls. We experienced a very mild and strange winter season this year. It’s been sunny, snowy, and rainy and we are ready for spring! Spring time allows us to do something fun and different with our hair.
